FlowSpex Watch · daily alert · free · coming soon
Enter your products and destination countries once. When a sanctions listing or an export-control rule changes for them, you get an email that morning, with the official text attached. Save each alert to one folder, and the record your ICP needs keeps itself.
Real alert · 28 Oct 2026
The email exactly as it arrived on 28 October 2026. Black bars hide the company, its control-list entries and its partners. Everything else is as sent, with the official links.
How the alert is made
Every working day from the official publishers: SECO, Swiss federal law, the EU Official Journal, the US Federal Register and OFAC. The full sanctions lists are reloaded about every four hours. Each file is kept with its date and a SHA-256 fingerprint.
Written rules compare each change with your products, control-list entries, countries and partners, other spellings included. No AI picks, writes or summarises anything.
Every Monday the result is compared with separate searches of the official sources. The catch rate is printed in every alert.
No one reads or edits the alert before it reaches you. What to do with it stays your call: a similar name is not a hit until a person checks it.
Sources
No news sites, no summaries of summaries. Watch reads the official publications and lists, and attaches the text it read. The manifest fingerprints every file, so the morning's alert goes into your compliance file as it is.
Measured, not promised. Every Monday Watch is tested against separate searches of the official sources. The result is printed in every alert.
Your profile
You tell us once. Everything that does not touch you stays out of the email.
Product, customs tariff number, control-list entry if you know it.
Your destination countries.
Customers, consignees, agents. We ask for this by email, never through a web form.
The general licence you use, if any.
Straight answers
No 50% rules, no politically exposed persons, no adverse media.
Software collects the official texts, fixed rules match them to your profile, and the alert goes out as built. No AI writes it and no one reads it before you do.
It does not replace your screening tool or your licence call. It tells you early where to look.
We built Watch for our own exports and run it every morning. Running it for you costs us little. What we ask: your email, and a follow of the FlowSpex page on LinkedIn if Watch is useful to you.
It opens to the first users in the coming weeks. Join the waitlist →
We use these details only to set up and send Watch. One reply to any alert stops it. Questions: watch@flowspex.com
